6″ × 6″ DTF Transfer

Bring your artwork to life with a vibrant, full-color 6″ × 6″ DTF transfer. This size is ideal for medium-sized designs, youth shirts, tote bags, smaller front placements, and other custom apparel applications.

DTF, or Direct-to-Film, transfers are printed with professional-quality inks and a heat-activated adhesive. Your transfer arrives fully printed, powdered, cured, and ready to press—no cutting or weeding required.

Product Size

Each transfer is printed within a maximum area of:

6 inches wide × 6 inches tall

Your artwork will be proportionally sized to fit inside the 6″ × 6″ area without stretching or distorting the design.

For example, a wide rectangular design may print at 6″ wide but less than 6″ tall. A tall design may print at 6″ tall but less than 6″ wide.

How to Order

3. Confirm that your file has a transparent background.
4. Add the product to your cart.
5. Complete checkout.

Your artwork will be printed as submitted. Please review your file carefully before placing your order.

Pressing Instructions

Recommended starting settings:

• Temperature: 300–325°F
• Pressing Time: 10–15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to firm
• Peel: Follow the peeling instructions included with your order

Heat presses, garments, and materials may vary. Test your settings before completing a full production run.

After peeling, cover the design with parchment paper, kraft paper, or a finishing sheet and press again for approximately 5 seconds to improve the finish and durability.

File Submission Requirements

We accept the following file formats:

• PNG
• TIFF
• EPS
• AI

For the best results, submit your artwork at 300 DPI at the desired print size with a transparent background.

Color Requirements

Files must use either:

• RGB color mode
• CMYK color mode

We do not accept artwork in Indexed Color or Grayscale color mode.

Pantone Colors and Color Matching

PG Transfers does not provide Pantone color matching or exact color matching.

Any Pantone colors included in your artwork must be converted to RGB or CMYK before submission. Colors may appear differently between your screen and the finished transfer because monitors, devices, design programs, fabrics, and printing systems display color differently.

Orders will not be reprinted because of Pantone colors, screen-to-print color differences, or artwork submitted in an unsupported color mode.

Transparent Background Requirement

Do not add a background behind your artwork unless you want that background printed.

White elements in your design are visible to our printing system, even when displayed on a transparent background.

Files containing an unwanted white or black background may require you to select the appropriate background-removal service and pay an additional artwork fee. Orders containing an unwanted background may be placed on hold or rejected until corrected artwork is submitted.

Artwork Quality

Your file must be clean, properly sized, and ready to print.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly prepared artwork may produce poor print quality. PG Transfers is not responsible for quality issues caused by the original artwork submitted.

Artwork cleanup, background removal, resizing, or design corrections are not automatically included with this product.

Production Time

Standard production time is approximately 1–3 business days.

Production time begins after:

• Payment has been completed.
• Print-ready artwork has been received.
• Any artwork issues have been resolved.

Shipping or delivery time is not included in the production estimate.

Rush service may be available from the cart page. Selecting rush service moves an eligible order toward the front of the production queue but does not include upgraded shipping.

Copyright and File Submission Agreement

By placing your order, you certify that you own, license, or otherwise have legal permission to reproduce every image, logo, photograph, design, trademark, or other element included in the submitted artwork.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PG Transfers, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, damages, or legal proceedings alleging that the printing, reproduction, or use of the submitted artwork violates any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, or proprietary right of another person or organization.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order will be produced using the artwork and specifications you submitted.
